Terms and conditions of Booking and Cancellation

1. Cancellations are accepted only up to 24 hours (1 day) in advance;

2. Any Cancellation made on the day booked are liable to a 50% penalty, due on the next visit or date of appointment;

3. Missed Bookings are valid for a period of 14 days and are also liable to a 50% penalty, due on the next visit;
